Terms & Conditions

1. The Sadolin Predictor Choose Your Champ game (“Promotion”) is open to participants, aged 18 and over, to play.
2. The Promoter is Crown Paints Limited
3. Entries will open at 00.00am on 11/06/2021 for limited time only whilst stocks last.
4. To qualify, you (“Entrant”) need to purchase Sadolin from participating retailers from 07/06/2021. Each Entrant will need to enter their details and upload their receipt. One entry per valid receipt.
5. A maximum of 1,050 winners will be chosen at random to win branded prizes after each round. There will be 1 winner who gets 2 x 2021/2022 season tickets of choice plus an iPad.
6. Season ticket prize (of which there is 1 individual prize for 2 tickets) are subject to availability at the requested UK football club and to the maximum value of £800 each ticket, £1600 total (the Promoter will pay the club directly and the balance below the £1600 will not be paid to the winner). The winner can choose (as an alternative) a lifestyle voucher to the value of £1200 total. Prizes to be redeemed within 6 months of award. Images of rewards are examples only.
7. Winners will be notified at the time of playing the game and informed of their prize value. The system will request the Entrant submit their contact details so the prize can be sent to them. The voucher will be in the form of a gift card code that will be sent via email within 72 hours once receipts have been independently verified or branded prize shipped within 5 working days of winning. 8. The use of any automated entry software, bots or any other electronic means that permit any person to repeatedly submit entries is prohibited and will be disqualified.
9. We may disqualify any entry which fails to comply with these terms and conditions, or which is deemed to be fraudulent or otherwise at the Promoter’s discretion.
10. No cash alternative is available, and prizes are non-transferable.
11. ​The Promoter accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to participate in the Promotion.
12. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize codes which are lost or misused.
13. Any personal data provided by, and relating to, your entry will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent. Personal data will be retained by the Promoter and its Administrator for a reasonable period after the Promotion closes to assist the Promoter to operate the game in a consistent and lawful manner and to deal with any queries on the Promotion.
14. The personal information supplied by Entrants will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants should always read the privacy policy in addition to these terms and conditions.
15. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to be contacted by the Promoter and to arrange delivery of prizes.
16. All decisions relating to the game and/or redemption of the prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
17. Any tax or other charges payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the Winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
18. This Promotion and these terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
19. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion. In case of any queries relating to this Promotion, please contact the Promoter in writing.
